I kinda lost my roll and went on a slump for these days. Mainly because it was halloween and my dad’s birthday so relatives always came in with lots and lots of good food. No exercise for days 13 and 14 and I actually don’t remember what I ate. I still remember watching what I ate though so that kind of helps.

Day 15

Food:

The regular brown rice and tuna for lunch

Chicken from pepper lunch with just a bit of rice for dinner

Mang Inasal chicken and some twister fries for late snack

Exercise:

Weightlifting in the gym. So my arms and my chest are hurting so much right now.

I still don’t have a damn weighing scale and I was so close to buying one awhile ago. The last 3 days gained me a bit more weight but I’m happy to announce that I went down 2-3 waistlines ever since I started and I am in need for a new pair of pants! Wuhoooo! The last week of sembreak is going to be intense!

I love cheat days because I get to indulge and not necessarily splurge on yummy food. I just said no to a snickers bar right now. Got to jog/walk around ayala alabang to fulfill a romantic mission and got too lazy and tired for the gym. I biked to the mall because I was desperate! Awesome spontaneous day.

Food:
Tuna and white rice for breakfast
Gatorade as a snack?
Corned beef pandesal and Mrs fields cookies for merienda
Double brothers burger and coke for dinner
Pancit palabok and more coke for second dinner

Okay looking back, I ate a lot today. Dammit.

Exercise:
Walk/jog for an hour and 30.
Bike for ten minutes

The next two days are going to be busy and I don’t know when to insert my workouts! Oh no. I’ll figure it out and starve myself.

I’m actually posting this from my phone! Oh, technology. Anyway, day 10 was a fail day and day 11 was okay. I was still able to do my workout but without motivation because I felt down that day. It was my first time to swim at night with the nice lights on!

Day 10
Food:
Tuna and brown rice for breakfast
Apples and bananas for snacks
Tuna and a bit of rice for dinner

Exercise:
I was supposed to run around 10k to the country club but it was a fail and I had to turn back because of changes in my schedule


Day 11
Food:
Tuna and brown rice for breakfast
Banana and cereal for snacks
Fried boneless bangus for breakfast

Exercise:
2.5km of running and an hour in the pool. I’m getting better!

I don’t have the luxury of a weighing scale but I’m at the club right now where they have one. I’m happy to say that my weight is 179 now! That’s 11 pounds lost in 11 days! Yeeeaah! Going to run and gym in a bit!
