Days 13, 14, 15 and waistline
I kinda lost my roll and went on a slump for these days. Mainly because it was halloween and my dad’s birthday so relatives always came in with lots and lots of good food. No exercise for days 13 and 14 and I actually don’t remember what I ate. I still remember watching what I ate though so that kind of helps.

Day 12 is another cheat/lazy day
I love cheat days because I get to indulge and not necessarily splurge on yummy food. I just said no to a snickers bar right now. Got to jog/walk around ayala alabang to fulfill a romantic mission and got too lazy and tired for the gym. I biked to the mall because I was desperate! Awesome spontaneous day.

Day 10, 11 and my weight loss so far
I’m actually posting this from my phone! Oh, technology. Anyway, day 10 was a fail day and day 11 was okay. I was still able to do my workout but without motivation because I felt down that day. It was my first time to swim at night with the nice lights on!

Day 8 and 9.
Okay! For both days I barely got to exercise. Got to jog on day 8 but no exercise on day 9. It was kind of a cheat day, really. But I enjoyed it!!

Days 6 and 7 are beezee days
Didn’t get to work out both days because my day was full with jamming, meetings and gigs and family stuffs! Still pretty fun though. Tried my best to be strict with my diet! It’s hard when you don’t stay at home where the healthy food is.
Day 6 food:
Tuna and 1/4th cup of rice for breakfast
KFC pepperoni twister for lunch
Spanish bread, 2 slices of pizza for snacks

Day 5 is one of the best days ever
Awesome and long! Started out with the usual run, swim and run back then had to bike all the way to Alabang country club because I don’t have a car. Went to Enchanted Kingdom all suited up and I was sweating profusely. I didn’t mind because it helped in losing weight. Went to Los Banos at night and finally ate a real meal! My first cheat day! I love today.

Day 4 and the slasher movie
I got to start my exercise by 6 and jogged all the way to the neighboring village’s pool. It started raining when I was near the pool. To my dismay, there was no one around to turn on the pool lights and the whole place looked creepy. If I swam, it would feel like one of those teen horror films where the girl swims at night when it’s raining and ends up getting drowned by some dark...

Late post! I was so tired last night.
Food:
Brown rice, tuna, tilapia, iced tea and yogurt for breakfast (at 1pm. My body clock is messed up)

Almost forgot to post this one!
Food:
Banana, brown rice, spicy tuna, white cheese sandwich and coffee for breakfast
Roast chicken, pesto and macaroni for lunch (I had a bit of dairy queen)
Roast pork sandwich, some pizza and bread from cibo
Exercise:
None because of the rain! I walked for like 2-3 hours though. So that should be around 690 calories burned!

Brown rice, tuna afritada, banana for lunch
An apple and a bit of doritos for snacks
Boiled egg and a bit of crab a bit of brown rice and a bit of butter cake
Workout:
2.5k run and an hour of swimming!
872.5 calories burned!
Not bad for a first day! Could’ve done better with my diet though. Oh well. Tomorrow!
THE BEAST IS BACK!
It is now sembreak and I have a lot of time! I haven’t been able to exercise AT ALL and I’ve let myself go all sem. But I’m back to change things! Project Sexy Beast is back on track! and with a simpler diet and exercise plan!
My diet: Bananas, brown rice, tuna (afritada flavor! mmmm. yummy!) Fit n’ right! Fruits!

Swimming. Burned 240 calories!
Comments:
I like the food today way better than yesterday. Sticked up on groceries and finally got a measuring tape. I think swimming is the nicest full-body work out ever.

We ran out of healthy food! No bananas, wheat bread, tuna and fruits! grahhh! Plus I didn’t have time to workout anymore because of my busy schedule. I will make it up tomorrow. Gym and/or swimming!!

Lunch: Grilled chicken pesto sandwich, Wicked oreos (fattening!!)
Snack: Peanut butter banana sandwich with strawberry
Light dinner: 1 banana, boiled egg and tuna. oh and a bite of snickers

50 minutes of running! YEAHH!
