Okay! For both days I barely got to exercise. Got to jog on day 8 but no exercise on day 9. It was kind of a cheat day, really. But I enjoyed it!!

Day 8

Food: 

Tuna adobo and brown rice for breakfast

2 slices of pizza for snacks

I don’t remember having dinner. Fit n Right?

Exercise:

5km jog at night!

Day 9:

Tuna and white rice for breakfast

Mcsaver’s chicken fillet with no rice and some twister fries

Belgian chocolate cookie from cebu for snacks (I brought apples pa!)

Banana and soup for dinner

Exercise: None! :(

Gonna try to go to the gym tomorrow!

Didn’t get to work out both days because my day was full with jamming, meetings and gigs and family stuffs! Still pretty fun though. Tried my best to be strict with my diet! It’s hard when you don’t stay at home where the healthy food is.

Day 6 food:

Tuna and 1/4th cup of rice for breakfast

KFC pepperoni twister for lunch

Spanish bread, 2 slices of pizza for snacks

Minestrone soup for dinner

A beer for the gig

Day 7 food:

1/2 cup of white rice with chicken inasal and some bangus bits for lunch

Espasol and some choco flakes for snacks

Tuna and espasol for dinner.

Grrr. Kinda let go there. But tomorrow’s workout will be intense. 5km + 40 laps is the goal. and possibly some hip hop abs at night. Let’s do this!

Awesome and long! Started out with the usual run, swim and run back then had to bike all the way to Alabang country club because I don’t have a car. Went to Enchanted Kingdom all suited up and I was sweating profusely. I didn’t mind because it helped in losing weight. Went to Los Banos at night and finally ate a real meal! My first cheat day! I love today.

On to the recap!

Food:

Half cup of brown rice and tuna for breakfast

Tuna and a sandwich of sardines for lunch

Delicious carbonara, beef steak, cordon bleu, sinigang and a bit of bico. I didn’t splurge!

Exercise:

2.4km run, 1 hour of swimming (25 laps! I improved!) and 30 minutes of cycling (That was the most tiring). Oh and 3-4 hours of walking around in a suit.

Calories burned: At least 1209! Wuhooo!

I’m on a roll!! Might do weights at the gym tomorrow. And some hiphop abs!
