I love cheat days because I get to indulge and not necessarily splurge on yummy food. I just said no to a snickers bar right now. Got to jog/walk around ayala alabang to fulfill a romantic mission and got too lazy and tired for the gym. I biked to the mall because I was desperate! Awesome spontaneous day.

Food:
Tuna and white rice for breakfast
Gatorade as a snack?
Corned beef pandesal and Mrs fields cookies for merienda
Double brothers burger and coke for dinner
Pancit palabok and more coke for second dinner

Okay looking back, I ate a lot today. Dammit.

Exercise:
Walk/jog for an hour and 30.
Bike for ten minutes

The next two days are going to be busy and I don’t know when to insert my workouts! Oh no. I’ll figure it out and starve myself.
