Mainly because it was halloween and my dad&amp;#8217;s birthday so relatives always came in with lots and lots of good food. No exercise for days 13 and 14 and I actually don&amp;#8217;t remember what I ate. I still remember watching what I ate though so that kind of helps.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Day 15&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Food:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;The regular brown rice and tuna for lunch&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Chicken from pepper lunch with just a bit of rice for dinner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Mang Inasal chicken and some twister fries for late snack&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Weightlifting in the gym. So my arms and my chest are hurting so much right now.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I still don&amp;#8217;t have a damn weighing scale and I was so close to buying one awhile ago. The last 3 days gained me a bit more weight but I&amp;#8217;m happy to announce that I went down 2-3 waistlines ever since I started and I am in need for a new pair of pants! Wuhoooo! I just said no to a snickers bar right now. Got to jog/walk around ayala alabang to fulfill a romantic mission and got too lazy and tired for the gym. I biked to the mall because I was desperate! Awesome spontaneous day. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Food:&lt;br/&gt;
Tuna and white rice for breakfast&lt;br/&gt;
Gatorade as a snack?&lt;br/&gt;
Corned beef pandesal and Mrs fields cookies for merienda&lt;br/&gt;
Double brothers burger and coke for dinner&lt;br/&gt;
Pancit palabok and more coke for second dinner&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Okay looking back, I ate a lot today. Dammit. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise:&lt;br/&gt;
Walk/jog for an hour and 30. &lt;br/&gt;
Bike for ten minutes&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The next two days are going to be busy and I don&amp;#8217;t know when to insert my workouts! Oh no. Oh, technology. Anyway, day 10 was a fail day and day 11 was okay. I was still able to do my workout but without motivation because I felt down that day. It was my first time to swim at night with the nice lights on!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Day 10&lt;br/&gt;
Food:&lt;br/&gt;
Tuna and brown rice for breakfast&lt;br/&gt;
Apples and bananas for snacks&lt;br/&gt;
Tuna and a bit of rice for dinner&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise:&lt;br/&gt;
I was supposed to run around 10k to the country club but it was a fail and I had to turn back because of changes in my schedule&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;
Day 11&lt;br/&gt;
Food:&lt;br/&gt;
Tuna and brown rice for breakfast&lt;br/&gt;
Banana and cereal for snacks&lt;br/&gt;
Fried boneless bangus for breakfast&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise:&lt;br/&gt;
2.5km of running and an hour in the pool. I&amp;#8217;m getting better!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t have the luxury of a weighing scale but I&amp;#8217;m at the club right now where they have one. I&amp;#8217;m happy to say that my weight is 179 now! That&amp;#8217;s 11 pounds lost in 11 days! Yeeeaah! &lt;p&gt;Food: &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tuna adobo and brown rice for breakfast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 slices of pizza for snacks&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t remember having dinner. Fit n Right?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5km jog at night!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Day 9:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tuna and white rice for breakfast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mcsaver&amp;#8217;s chicken fillet with no rice and some twister fries&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Belgian chocolate cookie from cebu for snacks (I brought apples pa!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Banana and soup for dinner&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise: None! :(&lt;/p&gt;

Still pretty fun though. Tried my best to be strict with my diet! It&amp;#8217;s hard when you don&amp;#8217;t stay at home where the healthy food is.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Day 6 food:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tuna and 1/4th cup of rice for breakfast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;KFC pepperoni twister for lunch&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Spanish bread, 2 slices of pizza for snacks&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Minestrone soup for dinner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A beer for the gig&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Day 7 food:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 cup of white rice with chicken inasal and some bangus bits for lunch&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Espasol and some choco flakes for snacks&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tuna and espasol for dinner.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Grrr. Kinda let go there. But tomorrow&amp;#8217;s workout will be intense. 5km + 40 laps is the goal. and possibly some hip hop abs at night. Started out with the usual run, swim and run back then had to bike all the way to Alabang country club because I don&amp;#8217;t have a car. Went to Enchanted Kingdom all suited up and I was sweating profusely. I didn&amp;#8217;t mind because it helped in losing weight. Went to Los Banos at night and finally ate a real meal! My first cheat day! I love today.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Half cup of brown rice and tuna for breakfast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Tuna and a sandwich of sardines for lunch&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Delicious carbonara, beef steak, cordon bleu, sinigang and a bit of bico. I didn&amp;#8217;t splurge!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercise&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;2.4km run, 1 hour of swimming (25 laps! I improved!) and 30 minutes of cycling (That was the most tiring). Oh and 3-4 hours of walking around in a suit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Calories burned&lt;/strong&gt;: At least 1209! Wuhooo!&lt;/p&gt;

It started raining when I was near the pool. To my dismay, there was no one around to turn on the pool lights and the whole place looked creepy. If I swam, it would feel like one of those teen horror films where the girl swims at night when it&amp;#8217;s raining and ends up getting drowned by some dark figure. Well anyway, I decided to just wait till the rain stopped and continue running. On the way back, I couldn&amp;#8217;t help but notice a white car following me on the other lane. It went slow, at my own jogging pace. It was pretty creepy, I thought I was going to get kidnapped. Nearing the end of my run, I found another jogger on the same lane as the car. Apparently, some lady wanted to get down her car and run. Weirdo. I got scared though!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On to Day 4 recap!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Food:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Brown rice and tuna afritada for lunch/brunch&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Banana for a snack&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Tuna caldereta for dinner. And lots of water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercise:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;5km run and 45minutes of Hiphop abs with Shaun T!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Calories burned&lt;/strong&gt;: 691 for the run and I dunno how to classify hiphop abs. Vigorous Aerobics?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;An apple and a banana for snacks&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Brown rice, some chicken thing and potatoes for light dinner.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;2.4&amp;#160;km run and an hour and 30 minutes in the pool! I&amp;#8217;m getting better! I got cramps in the middle of running back though. I was supposed to do some hiphop abs at night but I was too drained.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Banana, brown rice, spicy tuna, white cheese sandwich and coffee for breakfast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Roast chicken, pesto and macaroni for lunch (I had a bit of dairy queen)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Roast pork sandwich, some pizza and bread from cibo&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercise:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;None because of the rain! I walked for like 2-3 hours though. So that should be around 690 calories burned!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Workout:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;2.5k run and an hour of swimming!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;872.5 calories burned!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Not bad for a first day! Could&amp;#8217;ve done better with my diet though. Oh well. I haven&amp;#8217;t been able to exercise AT ALL and I&amp;#8217;ve let myself go all sem. But I&amp;#8217;m back to change things! Project Sexy Beast is back on track! and with a simpler diet and exercise plan!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My diet&lt;/strong&gt;: Bananas, brown rice, tuna (afritada flavor! mmmm. yummy!) Fit n&amp;#8217; right! Fruits!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My exercise plan&lt;/strong&gt;: Run to the next village&amp;#8217;s swimming pool, swim and run back. That&amp;#8217;s roughly 2.4km and an hour of swimming. Everyday with rest days when I&amp;#8217;m tired.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Of course, all plans and projects don&amp;#8217;t come without challenges.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Things hindering me&lt;/strong&gt;: Late nights, out of town trips, laziness, stormy/burning weather, delicious fatty food, girlfriend trying to make me fat.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ll be taking a before and after picture each week (I&amp;#8217;m not posting till the sembreak is done) My current weight is around 190lbs with 36in waist line (woah!) and my ideal/comfortable weight is somewhere around 165-175lbs with 32in waist line. My goal isn&amp;#8217;t to get to my desired weight but to be able to stay disciplined with my diet and exercise for the whole sembreak. I just really want to lose these fats!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I&amp;#8217;m not sure when to start exercising because there&amp;#8217;s a storm outside but I&amp;#8217;m happy to say that my diet just started awhile ago. Wuhooo! &lt;p&gt;Lunch: Spiced herbed chicken and 1 cup of brown rice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Snacks: 1 apple and 2 oranges&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner: Rosemary chicken&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Workout:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Muay thai and some jogging&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Comments:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn&amp;#8217;t get to swim in the morning because I was so tired from the run last night. Muay thai wasn&amp;#8217;t that intense because we just learned clinches and stuff. I ate dinner past 7 (nooo!) I still need a partner to go with me through this!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: 1 banana, and 1 wheat bread sandwich with boiled egg&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lunch: Grilled chicken pesto sandwich, Wicked oreos (fattening!!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Snack: Peanut butter banana sandwich with strawberry&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Light dinner: 1 banana, boiled egg and tuna. oh and a bite of snickers&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Workout:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;50 minutes of running! YEAHH!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Score:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fats: 4 | Me: 2&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Comments:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Food was good! I didn&amp;#8217;t get to eat my second boiled egg sandwich because it exploded in my bag. Good lunch too! Wicked oreos was delicious but fattening. I got more guilty with the bite of snickers when I remembered that you have to walk a whole football field to burn off 1 mnm&amp;#8217;s piece.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Workout was intense!! I ran along southvale drive (the long and winding up-and-down road to my house)  and it was tough. I went two laps and started to slow down at the last quarter because I thought I was getting an injury on my left ankle. It was really fun conditioning myself mentally. I&amp;#8217;m proud I achieved my goal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have yet to buy a measuring tape and a weighing scale.&lt;/p&gt;
